Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and expand distributor/retailer network.
Manage distributors, monitor ROI, collections, and trade promotions.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Executives.
Track competitor activities and provide market insights.
Coordinate with Supply Chain & Marketing for product availability and visibility.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
1–4 years of FMCG sales experience in Dry Fruit's & Nuts or spices will be preferred.
Robust knowledge of Surat, Gujarat Apart of the state markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
