About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive with proven experience in the US Staffing industry, particularly in working with commercial clients, vendors, and implementation partners. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the US staffing market, proven experience in generating current business, and the ability to independently build and grow client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and onboard new US staffing vendors, implementation partners, and commercial accounts.
Generate new staffing requirements through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities.




Take ownership of accounts from initial outreach through requirement generation and closure.
Understand client staffing needs and coordinate with the recruitment team to deliver qualified candidates.
Follow up on submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, and closures.
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and generate repeat business.
Negotiate commercial terms and support successful deal closures.
Track business development activities, client interactions, requirements, and account progress.
Consistently work toward revenue, client acquisition, and business development targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales within US Staffing.
Strong experience in current client acquisition and requirement generation.
Established network of US staffing vendors, implementation partners, and commercial clients.
Understanding of US IT staffing, contract staffing, staff augmentation, and recruitment processes.
