About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions based on business requirements. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, integrations, and Lightning technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers.
Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, and asynchronous processes.
Develop reusable and responsive Lightning Web Components.
Configure Salesforce using Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and other declarative tools.
Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.




Work with Salesforce data models, security, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.
Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and other developers.
Follow Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governor limits.
Support production deployments and post-release issues.

Required Skills
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Robust knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers.
Experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
Valuable understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.
Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of Salesforce deployment and release management.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
