We are looking for a US IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in W2 recruiting, preferably with direct clients/implementation partners.
The role involves sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, high-volume hiring, passive candidate engagement, Boolean sourcing, and independent recruitment for US IT requirements.
Candidates should understand current technologies, US hiring practices, and work with US Citizens, Green Card, H1B, and TN visa holders.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, multitasking and problem-solving skills are required.
Work from office in Hyderabad, 8 PM to 5 AM IST, full time.
