Preferred candidate profile
12+ years of experience across business transformation, process excellence, and operations management.
Robust track record of independently managing transformation initiatives and delivering measurable, business-validated outcomes.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders across complex programs.
Robust client-facing experience,
with the ability to engage confidently with Director- and VP-level stakeholders.
Additional Selection Criteria
Advanced expertise in process excellence, evidenced by a Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification or active pursuit of the certification.
Experience collaborating with clients to design, develop, and operationalize repeatable products, tools, frameworks, or solution offerings that drive measurable business value.
Recognized credentials in Digital Transformation, Design Thinking, Agile Delivery, or Change Management, demonstrating a commitment to contemporary business and technology practices.
