About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on
AI Developer
to build, optimize, and deploy real-world AI solutions and automated workflows. You will work closely with our engineering and digital agency teams to integrate LLMs, build RAG pipelines, and streamline operations using up-to-date AI tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
AI & Workflow Automation:
Architect and deploy automated workflows using n8n, Google AI Studio, and Agentic AI solutions.
Application Development:
Build scalable, full-stack applications and integrate robust REST APIs to support AI-driven features.
RAG & LLM Integration:
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector embeddings,



and tailored prompt engineering for internal and client projects.
Deployment & Optimization:
Manage codebase repositories via GitHub and handle end-to-end cloud database and server deployments.

Technical Requirements:
Core Development:
Strong proficiency in JavaScript / Node.js, Next.js, and Python.
Databases:
Practical experience with MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
AI & Automation Tools:
Hands-on experience with RAG, Embeddings, Prompt Engineering, n8n, Claude Code, Codex, and Vibe Coding workflows.
DevOps Basics:
Solid understanding of REST APIs, GitHub version control, and application deployment.
Experience:
1+ year in active software or AI development with a solid portfolio of real-world projects.
Languages:
Positive communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
