About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, understanding their learning requirements, and helping them choose the most suitable financial education programs offered by FinGrad. This position is ideal for individuals with robust communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable FinGrad courses, webinars, and educational programs.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve objections to drive successful conversions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with recent and existing customers.




Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM software and Excel.
Track leads, schedule follow-ups, and manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Consistently work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
Stay updated on FinGrad's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
