Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Lab Technician to support laboratory operations, sample collection, testing, documentation, and maintaining laboratory standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
Collect, label, and process patient samples accurately.
Perform routine laboratory tests as per standard procedures.
Handle blood, urine, and other clinical samples safely.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
Maintain accurate test records and reports.
Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, and quality-control procedures.
Ensure proper storage and disposal of samples and laboratory waste.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff when required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory.
Report any abnormal results or equipment issues to the concerned senior staff.
Follow hospital policies and applicable laboratory guidelines.
Requirements
DMLT / B.Sc. MLT or equivalent qualification.
Fresher to 2 years of relevant experience.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a hospital workplace.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to work in shifts if required.
