Key Responsibilities
Assess patients' physical conditions and functional abilities in their homes.
Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on patient assessments.
Provide rehabilitation services for patients with neurological, orthopedic, geriatric, post-operative, and chronic medical conditions.
Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, mobility training, and pain management interventions.
Educate patients and family members on exercise programs, mobility techniques, and home safety measures.
Monitor and document patient progress and modify treatment plans when necessary.
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Demonstrate and recommend the proper use of assistive devices and rehabilitation equipment.
Participate in patient follow-up and rehabilitation planning.
Adhere to company policies, clinical protocols, and qualified standards.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT)



or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT).
Valid registration with the appropriate professional council.
Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience (home care experience preferred).
Freshers with strong clinical skills may also apply.

Additional Requirements
Two-wheeler and a valid driving licens
