Key Responsibilities
Support Senior Director with operational reporting, business insights, and performance tracking.
Design, develop, automate, and maintain operational and management reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across multiple reporting platforms.
Analyze trends, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.




Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful solutions.
Utilize reporting and visualization tools to create user-friendly dashboards and presentations.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes through automation, technology, and innovation.
Support business reviews by preparing recurring and ad hoc reports.
Prepare management presentations, business reviews, and executive summaries for leadership meetings.
Monitor data quality and proactively resolve reporting discrepancies.
Document reporting processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Adapt to evolving business priorities and support new initiatives as needed.
