Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team with reporting and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Monitor expenses and ensure transactions are properly recorded.
Assist in preparation of budgets and financial statements.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal departments.




Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation.
Solid numerical and analytical skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage deadlines and maintain organized records.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CA/CS/CMA qualification or relevant certification is an added advantage.

Salary

As per experience, qualifications, and company standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
