We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Collection Officer to join our team at Dangi Digital Media. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections and be able to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the collection process to ensure timely payments from clients.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate settlements.
Conduct thorough analysis of client financial data to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to increase revenue.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management, providing insights for business decisions.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in collections or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Robust knowledge of collections principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Solid analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with financial software and systems, including CRM tools and accounting software.
