Job Summary

We are looking for an aggressive, result-oriented and highly connected Marketing Manager to drive business growth for our Security & Manpower Services division. The candidate should have proven experience in generating new business, developing corporate and government clients, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires solid networking, client acquisition, tender awareness,



and contract closure capabilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client Acquisition
Generate new business opportunities for Security Guard Services, Armed Guards, Ex-Servicemen Security, Manpower Outsourcing and Facility Management Services.
Develop and maintain relationships with Corporate Offices, IT Parks, Manufacturing Units, Warehouses, Logistics Companies, Educational Institutions, Hospitals, Banks and Government Organizations.
Identify and acquire new clients across NCR and North India.
Conduct client meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations.
Convert leads into long-term contracts and annual service agreements.

Market Expansion
Develop strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Build solid business pipeline through direct marketing, references and networking.
Explore prospects in Industrial Security, Banking Security and Corporate Security Services.
