Prepare and submit monthly PF returns and contributions.
Reconcile PF accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor UAN generation, KYC updates, and member services.
Prepare reports for audits and statutory inspections.
Keep record of Transfer, Settlement, NRW and other
Support employees in online EPFO services and claim submissions.
Respond to employee queries regarding PF balance, transfers, withdrawals, and pension advantages.
Keep updated with changes in PF, pension, and labor laws.
