Role & responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and market research.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
Understand clients' manpower and recruitment requirements and provide suitable staffing solutions.
Handle the complete B2B business development cycle, from lead generation and client pitching to negotiation and closure.
Conduct client meetings and present the company's recruitment and staffing services effectively.
Prepare and share company profiles, proposals, quotations, and other business-related documents with prospective clients.
Follow up regularly with prospects and existing clients to convert leads into business opportunities.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand candidate availability and ensure client requirements are addressed effectively.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and business opportunities.




Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly business development and revenue targets.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential industries/companies for business expansion.
Build long-term partnerships with clients and explore prospects for repeat and referral business.

Preferred candidate profile
2+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, or Business Development Executive roles.
Candidates with experience in Staffing, Recruitment, Manpower Consultancy, HR Consulting, or Skilled Services will be preferred.
Strong experience in B2B sales and corporate client acquisition.
Experience in lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, references, and direct outreach.
Good understanding of the sales cycle, client relationship management, negotiation, and business closure.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
