Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and technically robust React Native Developer – Lead to join our development team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have 5 - 6 years of experience in mobile application development, with robust expertise in React Native and a proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor developers.

As a React Native Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. You will work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Backend Developers, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, reliable, and user-friendly mobile solutions.

You will also play a key role in technical decision-making, code reviews, architecture discussions, performance optimization, and mentoring the React Native development team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of mobile applications using React Native.




Own the technical direction and architecture of React Native applications.
Translate business and product requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
Develop reusable, clean, productive, and well-documented code.
Build and maintain applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, third-party services, and backend systems.
Implement effective state management using Redux, Redux Toolkit, Thunk, Saga, or other suitable solutions.
Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
Identify and resolve complex technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Establish and maintain development standards, coding guidelines, and technical documentation.
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level React Native developers.
