Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to manage accounting

transactions, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities. The ideal

candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience in day-to-day finance

operations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and record financial transactions accurately
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Prepare bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
Prepare MIS reports and financial statements
Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
Verify invoices, expense claims, and payment requests
Maintain proper financial records and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
2–3 years of experience in accounting and finance functions




Valuable knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Experience with Tally, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems
Solid proficiency in MS Excel
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Experience in budgeting and forecasting
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Accuracy of financial records
Timely completion of reconciliations
Compliance with statutory requirements
Efficiency in reporting and closing activities

Reporting To

Finance Manager / Accounts Manager

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
