1–3 years in Tele Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and convert opportunities into sales. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining solid customer relationships and achieving assigned sales targets through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service information.
Explain features, perks, pricing, and other relevant details to customers.
Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations and follow-ups.




Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM/system.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Coordinate with the sales and other relevant teams for smooth order/service processing.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Prepare regular sales and activity reports for management.
Follow company policies, sales processes, and customer service standards.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
