Job Summary

Tech T7 Innovations is looking for an experienced
Senior Python Developer
to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in
Python backend development, REST APIs, databases, asynchronous programming, performance optimization, and scalable system design
.

Candidates with experience in the
Insurance domain
will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using
Python
.
Build and maintain robust
REST APIs
using FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
Develop clean, reusable, maintainable, and high-performance Python code.
Work with relational databases such as
PostgreSQL/MySQL
, including query optimization and database design.
Implement authentication, authorization, validation, pagination, API versioning, and error handling.




Develop asynchronous and concurrent applications using
asyncio, async/await, threading, and multiprocessing
where appropriate.
Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and production issues.
Design scalable backend services using
microservices, Redis, message queues, caching, and fault-tolerant architectures
.
Write comprehensive unit, integration, and API tests using
pytest and mocking frameworks
.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Technical SkillsPython
Strong hands-on experience with
Python
.
Excellent understanding of
OOP, decorators, generators, iterators, exception handling, and memory management
.
Valuable understanding of the
Python GIL and concurrency models
.

Backend Frameworks & APIs
Robust experience with at least one of
FastAPI, Django, or Flask
