Work Experience
Qualification:
B. Tech / M. Tech in Chemical engineering from reputed university
20+ years experience with refinery background

Required Skills:
Background of Process Engineering and thorough hands on experience of Refinery operations
Proven ability to solve problems across multi-functional and multi-cultural groups within and outside facilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders is crucial for success in this role.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Robust analytical skills will allow you to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.




Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets. Meticulous attention to detail is necessary to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team workplace. Should be able to work autonomously and take ownership, while also being a team player and collaborating effectively with colleagues.
Proven ability to continuously improve systems and processes

Good to have:
Exposure to Process Simulation tools like ASPEN HYSYS and/or PRO-II, HTRI
Exposure to agile simulation, LP Modelling etc.
