Manage day-to-day accounting operations of the car workshop, including sales, service, parts, insurance, and workshop-related transactions.
Handle accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliation, cash management, and vendor payments.
Review and verify invoices, purchase bills, credit notes, debit notes, and expense claims.
Monitor daily cash, credit-card, UPI, and bank transactions and ensure accurate accounting.
Supervise and guide Cashier, including daily cash collection, cash reconciliation, deposits, and cashier-related activities.
Ensure timely reconciliation of customer accounts, vendor accounts, and inter-branch transactions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to revenue, collections, expenses, outstanding receivables, and payables.
Coordinate with Service, Parts, Insurance, Sales,



and HR teams for accurate financial documentation and transaction closure.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, statutory requirements, and company accounting policies.
Support month-end closing, audit requirements, financial reporting, and management review.
Monitor outstanding customer payments and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely collections.
Ensure proper controls over cash handling, billing, approvals, and financial documentation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
