Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Counsellor to guide prospective students, handle enquiries, conduct counselling sessions, and support the admission process from enquiry to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective students and parents to generate and follow up on leads.
Respond to enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Understand students’ educational background, career interests, and requirements.
Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions and provide appropriate course/program guidance.
Explain courses, eligibility, fees, curriculum, career prospects, and other relevant information.
Follow up regularly with prospective students to convert enquiries into admissions.
Assist students throughout the admission and enrolment process, including documentation and fee-related coordination.
Maintain accurate records of calls, counselling sessions, follow-ups, leads, and admissions in the CRM/system.




Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams to ensure a smooth student journey.
Generate recent leads through calling and effective follow-up activities.
Meet and consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly counselling and admission targets.
Track individual performance against assigned targets and take corrective action where required.
Build robust relationships with students and parents to improve conversion and admissions.
Participate in admission drives, events, seminars, and promotional activities when required.
Prepare regular reports on calls made, leads contacted, counselling sessions, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
