About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized
HR Recruitment & Admin Executive
to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and day-to-day office administration. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and coordination skills, be confident in handling candidates, and be able to manage multiple requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.
Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads.
Prepare and post job descriptions on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Source and shortlist suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.




Schedule interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
Coordinate salary discussions, selection, offer release, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates to management.
Build and maintain a solid candidate database for current and future requirements.
Work towards achieving recruitment targets and closing positions within timelines.

Administration
Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, maintenance teams, and service providers.
Manage office stationery, supplies, and other administrative requirements.
Maintain administrative records, bills, invoices, and related documentation.
Coordinate meetings, employee activities, events, and office requirements.
Support travel and accommodation arrangements whenever required.
