Key Responsibilities
Member Training & Floor Coaching Fitness Assessment: Conduct initial physical assessments, body composition analyses (BMI/InBody), and fitness goal-setting consultations for recent members.
Workout Design: Create customized workout routines and exercise regimes tailored to individual goals (e.g., weight loss, muscle gain, strength conditioning, or rehabilitation).
Form & Safety: Instruct members on the correct usage of gym equipment, free weights, and cardio machines to ensure proper form and prevent injuries.
Personal Training & RetentionPT Conversions: Actively engage with general gym members on the floor to promote and upsell Personal Training (PT) packages.
Progress Tracking: Regularly monitor, log, and review clients' fitness progress,
adjusting plans to ensure consistent results.
Dietary Guidance: Provide general, non-medical nutritional advice and lifestyle tips to complement fitness routines.
Gym Maintenance & Safety Equipment Upkeep: Perform daily checks on fitness equipment for safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning. Report any maintenance issues immediately.
Floor Hygiene: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming gym floor environment throughout the shift.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience Certification: Any Bachelors degree
Experience: Minimum 3 years working as a gym trainer or floor instructor in a reputed commercial gym or fitness club.
Skills & Competencies Fitness Knowledge: Deep understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, strength training protocols, and cardiovascular conditioning.
Communication: Robust interpersonal and motivational skills. Ability to speak fluently in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred
