Roles and Responsibilities:
Ability to conduct due diligence independently on loan requests.
Underwriting loans.
Basic financial knowledge of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow.
Ensure all work is completed as per instructions.
Advanced skills in Excel and positive communication skills (written and verbal).
Open to working in night shifts.
Desired Candidate Profile:
B.Com is mandatory; MBA in Finance preferred.
Ability to take initiative.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Problem recognition and resolution skills.
Valuable communication skills (written and verbal).
