Job Type: Full time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced CMM Programmer with good knowledge of coordinate measuring machines and inspection programming. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Calypso software/programming and ZEISS CMM machines.
Key Responsibilities -Develop and execute CMM inspection programs using ZEISS CALYPSO software.
Operate and program ZEISS CMM machines for dimensional inspection.
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and technical specifications.
Prepare inspection programs for various components as per drawing requirements. Perform dimensional inspection and generate accurate inspection reports.
Identify deviations and coordinate with the Quality/Production team for corrective actions. Ensure proper calibration and safe operation of CMM equipment.
Maintain CMM programs, inspection records, and quality documentation.
Support recent product development and first-piece inspection activities.
Troubleshoot CMM programming and measurement-related issues.
Required Skills -
Robust knowledge of ZEISS CMM machines.
Hands-on experience in CALYPSO programming.
Good understanding of GD&T; and engineering drawings.
Knowledge of dimensional inspection and measuring instruments.
Ability to analyze CMM inspection reports. Good knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Educational Qualification B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Additional certification/training in CMM programming will be an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Experience in automotive/engineering/manufacturing industries preferred. Candidates with practical experience in ZEISS CMM + CALYPSO programming will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
