Role & responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers who express interest in our products and services. You will engage with inbound leads, understand customer requirements, qualify opportunities, and schedule

meetings for the sales team. This role offers an excellent foundation for a career in B2B sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through websites, webinars, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Understand customer business challenges and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRM.
Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads until they are sales-ready
Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead conversion
Meet monthly KPIs related to lead qualification,



meetings booked, and pipeline generation

Eligibility Criteria
MBA (Marketing) with a robust interest in Sales and Business Development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven setting.
Basic understanding of B2B sales and digital business is an advantage
Familiarity with MS Office; exposure to CRM tools is a plus.
