Finance Head

Qualification: CA Qualified
Experience: Senior finance leadership experience, preferably from the Power / Energy sector

Role Summary:
Lead the overall finance function of the organization, ensuring solid financial planning, control, reporting, compliance, taxation, treasury management, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the overall finance and accounting function.
Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Ensure timely and accurate MIS, financial reporting, and management reporting.
Oversee taxation, statutory compliance, internal controls, and audits.
Manage treasury operations, cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.




Partner with senior management on financial strategy and business decisions.
Manage relationships with auditors, lenders, investors, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for improving financial efficiency and profitability.
Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.

Ideal Candidate:
Qualified CA with robust experience in senior finance leadership roles.
Strong expertise in financial planning, taxation, treasury, accounting, audit, and compliance.
Proven leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Solid commercial and strategic finance orientation.
