About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive with around 1 year of experience to support our day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, basic knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to work effectively with employees and different teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and joining formalities.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Manage attendance, leave records, LOP, and overtime data.
Assist in monthly payroll processing and coordinate with the Finance team for salary inputs.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.




Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, payroll, and other HR matters.
Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, team-building activities, and internal events.
Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
Maintain HR trackers and prepare basic HR MIS reports related to recruitment, headcount, attendance, and attrition.
Support performance review and employee confirmation processes.
Handle exit formalities, exit interviews, and coordinate for full & final settlement.
Assist with PF, ESIC, insurance, and other statutory compliance activities.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.

Required Skills
1 year of experience in HR operations/recruitment.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR proces
