As we expand our business across major seafood-processing markets in India, we are looking for 3 experienced Business Development Managers to independently drive customer acquisition, product trials, and sales growth in their respective territories.

Job Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for end-to-end business development and sales of Xingfa phosphate food additives within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect target seafood processing companies, shrimp processors and exporters.
Develop current customer relationships and generate qualified business prospects.




Conduct customer visits and understand their processing and product requirements.
Coordinate and conduct product trials at customer facilities.
Follow up on trials and convert successful trials into commercial orders.
Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to order closure and repeat business.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with purchase, production, quality, R&D; and management teams.
Track competitor products, pricing, market developments and customer requirements.
Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for increasing sales.
Maintain regular sales reports, customer pipeline and trial status.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in the seafood industry is preferred.
Experience in seafood processing / shrimp processing / seafood exports will be highly preferred.
