Laboratory Operations & Testing Oversight
Manage daily testing of raw materials, water systems, in-process samples, and finished injectable batches.
Oversee critical sterile tests including sterility testing, bacterial endotoxin (LAL) assays, and container closure integrity.
Review and approve analytical data, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and test procedures. [1, 2]
Compliance & Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) or out-of-trend (OOT) results and deviations.
Implement and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Ensure strict data integrity and compliance with Positive Laboratory Practices (GLP).
Instrument Validation & Maintenance
Direct the qualification, calibration, and maintenance of high-end lab equipment like HPLC,
GC, and UV-Vis spectrophotometers.
Oversee computerised systems and software validation used in the QC laboratory.
Audits & Team Management
Prepare the laboratory for inspections by regulatory authorities (USFDA, EU-GMP, MHRA).
Train, mentor, and evaluate laboratory personnel on safety and cGMP compliance.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
