Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and support enterprise-wide IT infrastructure across multiple locations.
Ensure availability and performance of LAN/WAN, Internet connectivity, and Wireless Networks.
Configure and manage network devices including Core Switches, L2 Switches, Firewalls, Access Points, VPN, RF Links, and SD-WAN.
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and coordinate with ISPs.
Support recent site deployments including Fiber Cable laying, Network Rack installation, Switch installation, and Earthing infrastructure.
Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls and ensure compliance with organizational security standards and ITGC requirements.
Support cyber incident response and remediation activities.
Monitor local backup systems and perform backup and restore activities.
Provide infrastructure support for SAP, ILMS, Manless Weighbridge Operations, GPS Tracking, and RFID-based applications.
Manage CCTV systems, NVR/DVR devices, Video Walls, Access Control Systems, Attendance Machines, Boom Barriers, and Control Room infrastructure.
Deliver end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners,



plotters, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Video Conferencing systems.
Manage AMC contracts, service tickets, OEM escalations, and SLA compliance.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, maintenance, invoicing, and service improvements.
Maintain IT inventory and asset lifecycle management, including procurement support, AMC renewals, and e-waste disposal compliance.
Maintain infrastructure documentation including network diagrams, rack layouts, and configuration backups.
Prepare MIS reports and ensure compliance with IT policies, audit requirements, and uptime targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience working in multi-location manufacturing or industrial environments.
Ability to manage vendors, coordinate projects, and handle multiple priorities.
Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel across plant and operational locations as required.
