Eligibility & Salary

\Freshers\

First 3 Months: \13,000/month + Incentives\*

Incentives: \Up to 10,000\*

From 3rd Month: \15,000 20,000/month + Incentives up to 10,000\*

* Salary revision from the 3rd month will be based on performance.

\Experienced Candidates\

Candidates with any of the following experience can apply:

Minimum \6 months International Voice Process\*

Minimum \6 months' recruitment experience \*

Minimum \6 months AR Caller Experience\*

\Salary:\

First 3 Months: \15,000/month + Incentives up to 10,000\*

* From the 3rd Month:



Salary will be revised based on performance.

\Performance-based salary revision; no increase if performance targets are not met.\*

Key Responsibilities

* Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels

* Conduct initial candidate screening and communication

* Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates

* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records

* Understand and explain job requirements to candidates

* Coordinate with the hiring tea
