Job Title: Senior Executive - Sales Support

Experience: 1–2 Years

Qualification: Graduation in any discipline

Industry: NBFC / Fintech / Banking / Financial Services

Key Responsibilities

- - Support the Sales team in lead management, customer coordination, and timely follow-ups for business/loan proposals.

- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Risk, Legal, and customers to ensure complete documentation and smooth case processing.

- Maintain daily MIS, sales trackers, pipeline reports, and ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM/LMS.

- Track cases from login through sanction and disbursement, ensuring adherence to defined TATs and internal processes.

- Monitor pending cases, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.

- Provide post-disbursement support and assist the Sales team in achieving business targets.





- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, case status, documentation, approvals, and follow-ups.

- Ensure compliance with internal processes and maintain data accuracy across systems.

Required Skills

- - 1–2 years of experience in Sales Support, Business Operations, Loan Processing, Customer Coordination, or MIS roles.

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/LMS systems.

- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

- Ability to manage multiple cases and work within defined TATs.

- Prior experience in NBFC, Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services will be preferred.
