Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer – Maintenance with 6–10 years of relevant experience in industrial or plant electrical maintenance.

The candidate will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, equipment reliability, maintenance planning, safety, and coordination with the maintenance team and other departments.

Candidates with solid hands-on industrial electrical maintenance experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day electrical maintenance activities at the plant.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical equipment and control systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot motors, transformers, VFDs, PLCs, MCC/PCC panels, control panels, switchgear, relays, contactors, and breakers.
- Monitor equipment performance and take corrective action to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain breakdown records, equipment history, spare records, and maintenance documentation.
- Monitor electrical load, power consumption, and power factor.
- Support energy-saving and equipment efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, earthing, and safe maintenance practices.
- Prepare maintenance reports and MIS using MS Excel.




- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for electrical spares and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with external service providers when required.
- Supervise electrical technicians and maintenance staff.
- Coordinate with Production, Mechanical, Utility, and other plant departments.

Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering with relevant industrial maintenance experience may also be considered.

Candidate Requirements
- 6–10 years of relevant industrial electrical maintenance experience.
- Hands-on experience in electrical troubleshooting and plant maintenance.
- Manufacturing, engineering, or industrial plant experience preferred.
- Positive knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ability to coordinate maintenance activities and technicians.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working from the Pithampur plant location.

Salary

₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
