Role Title: Senior DevOps Consultant

Location: Hyderabad/Pune/ Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Scope of Work

1. Assess enterprise DevOps environments, including repositories, CI/CD pipelines, artifact repositories, integrations, permissions, and platform dependencies.
2. Plan and execute migration activities across GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab Enterprise, JFrog Artifactory, Jenkins, and Argo CD .
3. Migrate and validate source-code repositories, branches, tags, pull requests, issues, pipelines, artifacts, permissions, configurations, and integrations.
4. Develop migration waves, cutover plans, validation procedures, and rollback strategies to minimize business disruption.
5. Troubleshoot migration issues, pipeline failures, integration problems, and post-migration defects.
6. Support M&A; carve-outs, tenant separations, platform migrations, and TSA exit activities.
7. Automate migration and validation tasks using Python, Bash, PowerShell, REST APIs, and DevOps automation tools .
8. Document migration procedures, troubleshooting steps, validation results, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials.
9. Collaborate asynchronously with infrastructure, security, application, identity, and business teams to ensure successful migration outcomes.
10. Identify migration risks, recurring issues,



and process improvements that can improve future DevOps workflows and AI training data quality.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Minimum 7 years' proven experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Engineering .
2. Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience with enterprise DevOps platform migrations .
3. Experience supporting M&A;, carve-out, tenant separation, or TSA exit initiatives .
4. Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions .
5. Experience with Azure DevOps, GitLab Enterprise, JFrog Artifactory, Jenkins, and Argo CD .
6. Strong understanding of CI/CD, GitOps, source-code management, artifact repositories, and DevSecOps .
7. Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell .
8. Experience with REST APIs and automation for migration and platform management.
9. Experience administering enterprise repositories, users, teams, permissions, policies, webhooks, secrets, runners, and integrations.
10. Solid troubleshooting, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
11. Experience with Microsoft Azure, enterprise IAM, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms is advantageous.
12. Certifications such as GitHub Administration, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, or Kubernetes certifications are advantageous.
