Role Summary :

SmartSoC is seeking a DevOps, QA & Support Engineer to support a modern, enterprise web platform that manages structured technical data and workflows. The role focuses on CI/CD automation, platform reliability, quality assurance, and production support, working closely with development and platform teams. Exposure to AI assisted operations and automation is a robust advantage.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities • Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Tekton or Jenkins.

- Manage containerized deployments using Docker and OpenShift.
- Configure and maintain Nginx for application routing and security.
- Manage artifacts and dependencies using JFrog Artifactory.
- Support source control and release workflows using Git / Bitbucket.
- Perform QA validation, regression testing, and release verification.
- Provide production support, incident triage, and root cause analysis.
- Drive automation, monitoring,



and reliability improvements.
- Contribute to AI assisted automation for testing, monitoring, or support workflows.

Preferred candidate profile

- 35 years of experience in DevOps, QA, or Application Support roles. • Hands on experience with: o Docker, OpenShift o Nginx o JFrog Artifactory o Tekton or Jenkins o Git / Bitbucket • Understanding of CI/CD, release management, and setting support. • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills. ________________________________________

Preferred Skills • Exposure to Agentic AI or AI driven automation. • Experience using LLMs for test automation, log analysis, or support tooling. • Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and production readiness practices.
