Your skills
Proven experience in IT support/helpdesk roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position
Strong technical knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and common workplace infrastructure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
Very valuable English skills both written and verbal
Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to handle escalations effectively
Current working knowledge of IT Service Management Best Practices
ITIL certification or equivalent is a plus

Your tasks
Lead and manage teams, ensuring effective resource allocation, fostering team collaboration, and driving team performance through effective leadership and support
Provide technical guidance and mentor team members while assisting them with technical issues and challenges
Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team as well as managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders




Develop and implement ticket resolution methodologies and best practices and ensure compliance across the team
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback and coach team members to improve their skills and performance
Drive work elimination through automation and lead service enablement
When required manage services and projects within IT
Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture that values collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement
