We are a manufacturing and engineering company involved in the manufacturing and sales of oil extraction machines, cold press oil machines, oil mill machinery and other industrial machinery.
We are looking for a confident and energetic Sales & Telemarketing Executive to handle customer enquiries, explain our products, follow up with leads and help convert enquiries into sales.
Job Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
Communicate with customers professionally in English, Tamil and Hindi.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery.
Explain machine features, specifications, capacity, pricing and basic technical details.
Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Send quotations, brochures, product photos and videos to customers.
Follow up on quotations and pending enquiries.
Generate recent sales leads through telephone and WhatsApp.
Maintain daily enquiry and follow-up records.
Update customer information and sales status in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate with the sales,
production and technical teams.
Identify customer objections and provide suitable solutions.
Negotiate professionally and support the sales closing process.
Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
Follow up with customers until the enquiry is converted into an order.
Achieve monthly sales and follow-up targets.
Learn the company's machines and their applications.
