Job Title: Sales & Marketing ExecutiveRole Definition

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting and developing the company’s sales and marketing activities. The role includes generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, coordinating with dealers/distributors, conducting market visits, achieving sales targets, and supporting the company’s overall business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
Identify and develop current customers, dealers, distributors, and business opportunities.
Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing and potential customers.
Conduct market visits and customer meetings to generate new business.
Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and coordinate for order finalization.
Monitor sales enquiries, orders, dispatches, and payment follow-ups.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers and channel partners.

Marketing Activities




Support the implementation of marketing and promotional activities.
Collect market information, customer feedback, and competitor information.
Identify new market opportunities and provide suggestions to management.
Coordinate with the marketing team for product promotion, exhibitions, customer visits, and other activities.
Assist in preparing marketing presentations, product information, and promotional materials.

Customer & Dealer Management
Regularly communicate with customers and dealers to understand their requirements.
Provide necessary product information and sales support.
Ensure timely follow-up for customer enquiries and complaints.
Maintain skilled and long-term relationships with customers and business partners.

Reporting & Coordination
Prepare and submit Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Reports to management.
Maintain proper records of enquiries, sales, customer visits, and follow-ups.
