Manage and oversee day-to-day API manufacturing/production activities as per approved production plans.
Ensure production is carried out according to GMP, SOPs, BMR/BPR, and regulatory requirements.
Handle manufacturing processes such as reaction, filtration, drying, centrifugation, and material charging as applicable.
Monitor critical process parameters and ensure adherence to defined specifications.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, Warehouse, and R&D; teams for smooth production operations.
Review and maintain production documents, batch records, logbooks, and other GMP documentation.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, raw materials, and production resources.
Investigate production deviations, process issues,



and breakdowns and support CAPA implementation.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and EHS requirements during manufacturing activities.
Support process validation, cleaning validation, technology transfer, and process optimization activities.
Identify prospects to improve yield, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Train and guide production personnel on SOPs, GMP practices, safety, and manufacturing procedures.
Ensure timely completion of production targets while maintaining quality and compliance standards
