Role & Responsibilities:
Assess and conduct Personal Discussions (PD) for loan applicants to evaluate creditworthiness and eligibility.
Oversee overall branch operations, including business development, loan disbursals, and collection activities.
Drive branch targets by sourcing recent business, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring high-quality portfolio growth.
Monitor and manage day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth branch functioning.
Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve performance goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
Resolve customer queries and grievances promptly and professionally.
Monitor branch expenses and ensure cost efficiency.

Preferred Candidate Profile:




Proven experience in branch management, preferably in banking or NBFC/lending sector.
Solid understanding of credit assessment, loan processing, and collection activities.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to handle administrative responsibilities and business targets efficiently.
