Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to join our Manufacturing Product team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for process mapping, business analysis, process improvement, and AI-driven automation.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, IT teams, and developers to understand existing workflows, identify process gaps, and recommend technology-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain current-state and future-state process maps, workflows, and flowcharts.
Conduct stakeholder discussions and process walkthroughs to gather business requirements.
Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Analyze business processes and recommend suitable AI, automation, RPA, and workflow solutions.
Explore applications of AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Document Processing,



and Predictive Analytics in business processes.
Translate business requirements and process improvements into functional and technical specifications.
Prepare and maintain SOPs, process documentation, user guides, and workflow guidelines.
Work closely with IT and development teams during solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Define and monitor process KPIs to measure improvement and ROI.
Support change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.
Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, automation platforms, and process improvement practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
Robust knowledge of process mapping and process improvement method
