Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily activities of the fleet operations team.
Manage driver performance, attendance, discipline, and operational issues.
Track daily collections, arrears, recoveries, and pending balances.
Monitor operational KPIs and ensure team targets are achieved.
Conduct regular team reviews and communicate targets and priorities.
Train and guide team members to improve productivity and performance.
Drive process improvements to increase fleet utilization and operational efficiency.
Handle driver- and vehicle-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Escalate critical operational issues to management with appropriate solutions.
