Key Responsibilities:
Preferred candidate profile
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for domestic IT requirements.
Perform robust technical screening and candidate evaluation Work
Extensively on C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases Screen and shortlist resumes based on client requirements Ensure timely closures of open positions
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Domestic IT Recruitment Hands-on experience with C2H hiring Positive understanding of IT technologies and roles
Excellent communication and sourcing skills Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
