We are looking for a
Tender Executive
with 1–3 years of relevant experience in tendering, bidding, and documentation, preferably from the
Solar/Renewable Energy, Electrical, EPC, or Manufacturing
industry.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate government, PSU, corporate, and private tender opportunities.
Handle the complete tendering process from tender identification to bid submission.
Prepare and compile technical, commercial, and pre-qualification documents.
Review tender eligibility criteria, BOQ, specifications, and submission requirements.
Coordinate with Technical, Sales, Finance, Purchase, and Management teams.
Prepare tender quotations, commercial offers, compliance sheets, and declarations.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of tender documents.
Maintain records of tenders, EMDs, PBGs, and related documentation.
Track tender status, corrigendums, results,



and deadlines.
Assist in preparing responses to tender queries and clarifications.
Maintain databases of tenders, bids, competitors, and outcomes.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of tendering and bidding processes.
Strong documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to understand technical specifications and BOQs.
Valuable working knowledge of
MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Valuable attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Knowledge of
GeM, CPPP, e-tendering portals
, and other government tender platforms will be preferred.
Experience in Solar/Renewable Energy, EPC, Electrical, or Manufacturing tenders will be an advantage.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in
Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
preferred.
