We are looking for a friendly, confident, and smart Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team and help us acquire current clients.

Job Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with company-provided leads.
Understand the client's business and marketing requirements.
Explain Neeraali Digital's services and identify suitable solutions.
Schedule and attend client meetings across Bengaluru.
Present proposals and services professionally.
Build robust relationships with prospective clients.
Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into business.




Negotiate and close deals within company guidelines.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
Coordinate with the internal team after closing to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

What We Are Looking For
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
Experience selling digital marketing, branding, website, advertising, IT, or other business services is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and qualified while speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel within Bengaluru for client meetings.
Kannada and English communication skills preferred.
Two-wheeler and valid
