Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Graduate Trainee New Business Development who will play a key role in identifying potential customers, understanding their business needs, and initiating outreach for Comerzio. This role offers hands-on exposure to SaaS sales, D2C ecosystems, and B2B outreach strategies.

Education Background - Engineering Undergraduate with Business Acumen and Software knowledge

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential D2C brands, startups, and businesses that can benefit from the Commerzio platform
Understand prospective customers’ business models, pain points,



and digital commerce needs
Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other qualified channels
Execute structured follow-ups and maintain communication logs
Assist in lead qualification and handover to the core sales/business team
Create and post LinkedIn content related to D2C trends, Commerzio features, and use cases
Support basic content creation for outreach campaigns (emails, posts, messaging templates)
Track outreach activity and results using straightforward reports or CRM tools

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to research and identify potential customers independently
Basic understanding or interest in D2C, eCommerce, SaaS, or digital platforms
Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional outreach and networking
Good command of email communication and follow-up etiquette
