We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor who can independently manage day-to-day site activities and get the work completed efficiently through the labour team.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise labourers and ensure work is completed properly and on time.
Have robust practical knowledge of civil/construction site work.
Allocate daily tasks and targets to labourers and follow up on progress.
Check work quality, measurements, finishing, and workmanship.
Coordinate with contractors, labourers, vendors, and other workers.
Monitor material requirements and ensure proper utilization of materials.
Execute work as per drawings, site instructions, and project requirements.
Maintain site discipline, safety, and cleanliness.
Identify site issues and take practical steps to resolve them.
