As Trust Onboarding Specialist Qualified within our Wealth Management Trusts Estates , you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.
Job Responsibilities
Review account opening forms and supporting documents, updating account/client information, terms, and fees in coordination with the US coverage team
Interpret governing instruments and applicable law to establish account records, including payment and fee schedules
Complete all account opening requirements by following established checklists
Conduct QA/QC checks on current account codings
Validate that appropriate account codings are in place
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Hold a Bachelor s degree
Bring 5+ years of financial services experience with exposure to managing client information
Demonstrate technical skills and interest in working with data and systems
Understand how data components work together across processes and systems
Translate information from emails/documents into accurate system data updates
Apply initiative, critical analysis, and sound judgment to problem solving and risk management
Communicate clearly and concisely with solid time management, learning agility, and adaptability
Build strong relationships with colleagues in India and across the Global Trusts Estates Practice
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Leverage prior experience working in the Trusts Estates space
